1. Introduction

Welcome to Bare Services. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and platform. By accessing or using Bare Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Bare Services website and all related services.
• "Specialist" refers to a user who creates a profile to offer trade services.
• "Client" refers to a user who browses profiles and contacts specialists.
• "User" refers to any person who uses the Platform, whether a Specialist or Client.

3. Account Registration

To create a profile or access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Specialist Subscriptions

Specialists are required to pay an annual subscription fee to maintain an active profile on the Platform. The current fee is $100 AUD per year, subject to change with notice.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian consumer law. Profiles may be removed from search results if the subscription expires or payment is not received.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information on any profile.
• Using the Platform to solicit or engage in illegal activities.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform.
• Scraping, copying, or reproducing content from the Platform without permission.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or search rankings.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Clients may leave reviews for specialists they have hired. All reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Fake reviews, paid reviews, or reviews intended to defame will be removed and may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to moderate and approve reviews before they appear publicly.

7. Disputes Between Users

Bare Services is a directory platform only. We do not facilitate payments between clients and specialists, nor do we guarantee the quality of work performed. Any disputes arising from work performed, payments, or agreements made between users must be resolved directly between those parties. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from user interactions.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, but grant Bare Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the Platform without the owner's permission. All Bare Services branding, logos, and platform design are our intellectual property.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties. Users may also delete their account at any time through the dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bare Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
